Dear Parents & WPS Supporters,
I am pleased to announce that Windermere Prep School has partnered with Sports Image to receive 3 new scoreboards for our Football, Baseball & Softball fields along with a scrolling scorer’s table for our gymnasium. These are extremely important additions to our school and will help take our athletic program and our facility to the next level.
Sports Image will be responsible for securing corporate sponsors to fund the purchase of this athletic equipment for our school and I’m asking you for your help and support to ensure that we have a successful campaign. Here’s how you can help:
- consider purchasing an Ad for yourself or your business
- approach your employer to see if they would purchase an Ad
- forward this email to your personal and business contacts to help spread the word

We’re installing large, full color advertising panels on the front of the scoreboards to help raise revenue for the athletic program (sample pictures below). We’re also offering full color 2′x8′ ads to be displayed at all events in the gymnasium on the illuminated scrolling scorer’s table.
We’re seeking local, regional and national sponsorship from companies that are looking for a unique and effective way to get some really great exposure with a lot of bang for their advertising buck with a relatively inexpensive investment. In addition to getting your business name and logo prominently displayed at the athletic games and other events held at these venues the school is also including great marketing activation perks for free such as a PA announcement recognizing the sponsors at all home games, Sponsor Nights whereby the sponsors will be allowed to distribute flyers/brochures or letting the sponsor(s) set up a kiosk or table at games to market to all attendants. The school needs your help and this is a great way for the local community to help out and also build your own business at the same time.
